We are hiring a talented, energetic, eager to learn, and self-starting Front Desk Coordinator to join our energetic growing team.
Front Desk Coordinators are the heart and soul of NOVA Plastic Surgery. They act as the connection between our clients and providers. An ideal candidate would help create a strong bridge and ensure client loyalty.
Answer the phone in a very pleasant way and be the practice's first great impression
Welcome clients with a big smile and help them complete paperwork
Serve clients their favorite beverage while in the waiting room
Inform medical providers when clients are ready
Maintain a clean and tidy waiting room
Help clean and organize patients' rooms
Help providers and doctors with procedures
Advise visitors to our retail area on different skincare products
Learn and become proficient in our Practice management software (Nextech).
Clean and maintain Skinbar area
Check out clients and securely handle payments
Help clients book their next appointment
Open and close the office on certain days
Be an integral part of the team and suggest new ideas that would help the practice grow.
1- Bachelor Degree complete or pending
2- Being a people person and interest in helping others.
3- Candidate must have a love for learning and a can do attitude.
